Kingston Real Estate & Management is a Boston-based real estate firm with whom we’ve enjoyed a longstanding relationship. Founder Adam Mundt is a forward thinker with a big personality. He loves to infuse humor into their marketing and always aims for a more personal and conversational tone in their messaging.
Working with Adam and the team is always a pleasure, so we jumped at the opportunity to revamp their website. Adam wanted to make sure it wasn’t just a fresh coat of paint so we made several performance improvements and added some custom integrations for lead gen and tracking, all happening underneath the new modern design.
While the old website was essentially just a website, the new model actively enhances the Kingston brand and lets users know this company is different in all the best ways.
Before & After
28South was absolutely amazing to work with! James and Brooke made our experience into the social media world an easy one! They were very helpful and were always willing to explain when we had questions.
James redesigned our website and did an incredible job. We loved that he had an eye for detail and helped enhance the Retreat brand. He was always willing to make any changes we had, while also addressing any problems we had as time went on.
It was a pleasure working with 28South.

Why is this website awesome?
Mobile-friendly
This website looks amazing on any device of any size, and is painstakingly optimized for mobile phones. It’s lightweight and built to adapt.
Progressive images
We load the smallest version of each image and then load the larger version in the background. This allows the website to load quickly and images to ultimately be crystal clear.
Easily maintained
Our websites are built with the client in mind. We ensure everything you see is easily editable. No confusing template manipulation. Just fill out fields and upload images.
Custom designed
No boring templates here. We custom designed this website to perfectly match the company’s brand. There’s no other website just like it, and it’s been handcrafted to the owner’s specifications.
